Try making teriyaki bowls with your salmon fillets, and top them with shishito peppers, for more foodie love.
4-6 cups rice, white, brown or sushi
1 lb. Salmon fillets
2 scallions, finely chopped
Ginger
Garlic
Teriyaki sauce
Toppings of your choice, including:
Carrots
Edamame
Cucumber
Red Pepper
Pineapple
Seaweed snack sheets
Steam rice according to package directions. Coat salmon with teriyaki sauce, then pan saute until cooked as desired (we like them medium pink).
Layer bowls with cooked rice, fish and toppings of your choice. Here, we added shishito peppers on top. Garnish with Sriracha and/or soy, and sprinkle with extra scallions. Enjoy!
