Everything over rice has been what we’re all about lately. These bowls are a new way to cook beef.

4-6 cups rice, white, brown or sushi
1 lb. Ground beef
2 scallions, finely chopped
Ginger
Garlic
Teriyaki sauce

Toppings of your choice, including:
Carrots
Edamame
Cucumber
Red Pepper
Pineapple
Seaweed snack sheets

Steam rice according to package directions. Brown ground beef, then add seasonings and allow to simmer until cooked well.

Layer bowls with cooked rice and beef and toppings of your choice. Garnish with Sriracha and/or soy, and sprinkle with extra scallions. Enjoy!
