3 ears of corn, cooked, cut from cob
1 avocado, ripe, chopped intro cubes
1/2 c. raw scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
