We made these cranberry brie bites for the appetizer at our Christmas Eve dinner, garnished with sliced pear and a carmelized fig drizzle.
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients
1 – 8 oz. tin of crescent roll dough
1 – 8-oz. wheel of brie
1/2 c. cranberry orange chutney
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Chopped fresh rosemary
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking oil. Break crescent dough into 24 squares and place in muffin tins.
Cut brie into small cubes and place on top of crescent dough. Cover each with a spoonful of cranberry chutney, some chopped walnuts and sprig of rosemary.
Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 15 minutes.
