These jalapeño poppers are a crowd-pleaser!

8-12 jalapeños (depending on size)
1 brick cream cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon

Remove the top and slice jalapeños in half, or in fours with larger peppers. Remove the seeds and rinse. Once dry stuff with softened cheese blend. Wrap a slice of bacon around each jalapeño, or top with a snippet of bacon. Thinner bacon will wrap easier. Thick cut bacon creates a thicker, chewier texture. Secure with a toothpick and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to your satisfaction. Usually, 15-20 minutes, or longer if you like crisper bacon.
